HOW TO INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS ?

• 1Customers should contact at Tvisva Jewels Outlet within 7 days from the receipt of product.
• 2All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
• 3Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

REFUND

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of Tvisva Jewels

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from Tvisva Jewels within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange:
The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Tvisva Account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Coins and Solitaires) from our Outlets. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back:
If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you.

Terms & Conditions

MONEY-BACK, BUYBACK & EXCHANGES:

• Customised Jewellery (including personalised / engraved products) is not eligible for a 7 Day Money-Back or a 7 Day Exchange. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.Once your
• returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
• Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 7 Day Money-Back.
• The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice for all exchange within the 7 Day Money-Back period.
• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/ jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
• The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
• In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
• If the discount was on making charges, the discount will not be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime Exchange value.
• If the discount was on the gold value or diamond value then the entire discount will be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime Exchange value.
• If the discount was on MRP, then the discount will be deducted on the actual making charges of the design while arriving at the final Lifetime Exchange value.
• In case of a refund on7 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
• In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
• In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded in case of a 7 Day exchange, but if it’s a Lifetime Exchange then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
• The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
• Tvisva Jewels reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
• 7 Day Money-Back is not applicable on a product purchased in exchange of gold coins (7 day exchange at 100% of the invoice value is still applicable).
• Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding the making charges and taxes.
• Any new product purchased against Lifetime Exchange value or Old Gold Exchange Credit will be eligible for 100% exchange (7 days), Lifetime Exchange value and
• You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
• 7 Day Money-Back is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 7 Day Exchange Policy.
• Orders that are placed in India using an international card will be eligible for a 7 Day Exchange only, and not for a 7 Day Money Back.
